We begin with a huge jar (1lb.8oz.) of golden, tree ripened Niagara peaches prepared in small batches. From Spain, we have a delicious fig cake with almonds. From Italy we have a pure golden honey filled with a layer of thinly sliced apples and we have whole chestnuts in a light syrup which are almost addictive. From France, we bring tiny apples in Calvados. And we end, with a creamy Lemon Curd.
